Key Responsibilities

After training, youll be responsible for:

• Safely restraining pets during exams and treatments
• Ensuring kennels are clean and comfortable
• Preparing medications with accuracy
• Updating patient records in the electronic medical system
• Assisting with curbside service and client communications
• Supporting doctors and technicians in delivering excellent patient care

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (in-person & phone preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Veterinary experience is a plus but not required, training will be provided for the right candidate with a passion for animal care!

Schedule

• Full-Time
  Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• Rotating on-call weekend shifts for emergency cases
