Position Overview – Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist:
Key Responsibilities for a Vet assistant:
✅Assist Veterinary Technicians and Veterinarians as needed through the day-to-day activities.
✅ Lifting in various weights
✅ Cleanliness – Clean and disinfect kennels and play areas to maintain a hygienic environment and maintain Hospital Cleanliness during the day.
✅ Feeding & Hydration – Follow scheduled feeding routines to ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
✅ Exercise & Interaction – Walk and exercise Pets as needed and engage with them to keep them happy and comfortable specially after any procedure.
✅Restrain Pets for exams
✅ Assist Clients when they are entering or leaving the Hospital by helping them to carry their food or any belongings to their car.
✅ Grooming Assistance – Assist with bathing when needed, perform nail trim and ear cleanings.
✅ Safety & Compliance – Follow all operational procedures and safety guidelines.
✅Laundry-Keep laundry done during the day
✅ Flexible Availability – Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday Am or Pm shifts.
No evening shifts are required. No Sundays
✅ Supervising Dogs - Experience supervising a group of dogs while they are socializing.
✅Body Language - Knowing how to read a dog's body language while caring for them.

✅Customer Service- to provide a Friendly and Caring Customer Service.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience is required but we’re open to training individuals with a good personality and a strong passion for animals.
- Ability to handle and care for both dogs and cats of various breeds and temperament
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and genuine love for animals is a must
