Hometown Veterinary Hospital-Client Service Representative

Springfield, MO

Full time: 4-day work week; Tuesday-Friday

Clinic hours: 7am to 5pm-availability needed 6:45am-5:30pm

Exceptional Customer Service
Team oriented
Excellent attention to detail
At least one year of animal care experience required
Ability to multi-task

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Maintain a professional and positive attitude
Greet & socialize with clients and patients
Educate clients on products and services
Answer telephones and emails
Schedule appointments
Check patients in and out of the hospital
