Eye Care for Animals in Phoenix, AZ is a fast-paced and exciting veterinary ophthalmology practice. We have a large clientele that we constantly meet or exceed their expectations. We have a team atmosphere and work together to accomplish practice goals and benchmarks.  The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for a variety of clerical tasks including greeting clients/patients, appointment scheduling, preparing medical records, answering and directing incoming phone calls, presenting and processing financial options, and processing and balancing financial payments. Strong customer service skills are crucial as the CSR is the initial contact for customers.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide general office support for the veterinary practice
• Greeting clients/patients
• Appointment scheduling
• Preparing medical records
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Presenting and processing financial options as well as processing and balancing financial payments

The practice hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
