Job Description - Veterinary Client Service Representative (VVC Midlothian)

A Client Service Representative Position is available for a positive, organized and compassionate team member. High volume receptionist experience desired with proficiency in multi-line phone and computer systems.

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Provide high-quality customer service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients.
Support the doctors and support staff. Look for ways to continually improve the delivery of services to our clients to ensure that clients are treated with respect and compassion.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Manage the front desk by greeting clients, checking patients in/out, scheduling recheck, and signing visitors and vendors in.
Answer multiple phone lines.
Oversee the clinic flow.
Manage and assist clients in the euthanasia paperwork process.
Discuss payment choices with clients. Review and present all treatment plans, collect on accounts, and make accounting notes daily.
Process Daily Estimate Report (Out Window CSR).
Assist with daily administrative duties such as printing schedules, pulling charts, filing,
emailing medical records, distribute daily mail, and purging charts in system.
Maintain knowledge of extension numbers to reach employees throughout the network.
Assist in emergencies by expediting calls to triage staff members.
May require mentoring or overseeing students from various educational programs.
Perform other job duties as assigned.

Flexible (4-10s or 3-12s or 5-8s) 50% weekend coverage Day shift begins at 8
