The Hospital Director (HD) supports the daily operations and employee experience of assigned Scout hospitals. This role ensures the clinical teams have the operational support, staffing structure, and communication needed to provide excellent patient and client care while maintaining Scout’s culture and values.
The HD serves as the primary operational partner to the clinical leadership team and acts as the first point of contact for team members regarding staffing, scheduling, workflow and non-medical client experience concerns. This role focuses on clinic-level operational execution, ensuring consistency and strong team engagement across assigned locations.

Scout is a growing and dynamic company. The leadership team is accessible and involved in every aspect of the operating of the clinics. Operational plans are ambitious and adjustments are consistently being made. The clinical teams are intimate, engaged, and eager to learn. This role has aspects involving the leadership and clinical teams. Much of the work can be done remote but a presence in the clinic is paramount for success.
There are no intended physical demands.
This is a salaried position. The time commitment is expected to average 40 hours per week.
This position requires a presence in each clinic on a weekly basis as well as on site management of de novo clinics.
This role is responsible for ensuring coverage of front-of-house roles, which may occasionally require filling in to assist with clinical shifts as needed
