Responsibilities:

Provide responsible leadership for a professional staff,

Hiring, onboarding, and retaining staff

Training, and goal-setting for staff

Timely, appropriate, and professional communication with staff, veterinarians, and clients

Adhering to all HR legal responsibilities, state and federal employment laws

Maintain function of the hospital equipment

Manage inventory of medications, supplies, and food

Help staff comply with all required logs, rules, regulations and reporting such as controlled drug logs

Perform financial management, debt collection

Evaluate clinic finances (profit/loss statements, budget targets, KPIs, EBIDITA)

Participate in the practice’s strategic planning and actively work to meet goals to move the practice forward

Assist in processing payroll and creating schedules

Create SOP and systems to guide employees in processes

Compensation: $60,600.00 - $87,288.00 per year

We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and compassionate client service, with a strong focus on communication to ensure peace of mind during emergency and surgical visits. Our facility is equipped with a full in-house laboratory, ultrasound machine, digital radiography, intensive care monitoring equipment, electronic medical records, and more.
