Assistant Hospital Manager – Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital (Woburn, MA)
 
Salary: Starting at $85,000 (DOE)
Schedule: 4 days/week, includes 1 weekend shift, 12PM–10PM
 
About the Role:
Level 1 24-hour emergency/critical care and specialty veterinary hospital! You’ll manage daily emergency department operations, staff scheduling, client/patient flow, and support staff development while ensuring top-notch patient care and service.
 
What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience or 4 years in veterinary industry
• Strong problem-solving, communication, mentorship, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required
