Job Title: Receptionist - Full Time or Part Time
Shift & Schedule: 6-7 hours shift, Morning Shift 7am-1pm, Afternoon Shift 1pm- 6pm
Weekends and Holidays are requested.

Position Overview – Kennel Technician
EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A KENNEL PREFERRED
As a Front Desk Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and loving environment for our furry guests or patients and offer a caring and friendly customer service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Service – To provide a Friendly and Caring Customer Service.
✅ Must have experience in the pet industry
✅ Experience with AviMark or Kennel Connection
✅ Daily Duties – Answer phones, schedule appointments, data input, end-of-the-day transactions, call back clients, appointment reminders, update patients chat as needed.
✅ Collect Payments – Process credit card payments (posting and recording payments)
✅ Cleanliness –Maintain the reception area. Make sure it is always kept clean
Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience is required but we’re open to training individuals with a good personality and a strong passion for animals.
- Ability to handle and care for both dogs and cats of various breeds and temperament
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and genuine love for animals is a must
