Advanced Veterinary Complex is a well established, fast paced small animal hospital looking for receptionists who are reliable and professional with good communication skills, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and an ability to excel in a multitasking environment. Duties include but are not limited to checking in patients, discharging patients, invoicing, filing, data input, scheduling, answering phones on a multi-line phone system, receiving and posting payments and cleaning and organizing the reception and waiting areas. Must have the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Experience is helpful but not required.
