We are seeking a veterinary receptionist to join our emergency hospital. Duties include managing multiple phone lines, making follow-up calls, scanning and emailing charts, checking clients in, and assisting technicians as needed. Receptionist will be cross-trained in the triage of patients. Must be able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills required. Veterinary experience preferred. Please keep in mind that we are an OVERNIGHT emergency veterinary facility. Nights, weekends, and holiday shifts are required.

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

The St Augustine Regional Veterinary Emergency Center (SARVEC) was established in 2010 by a group of nineteen local veterinarians from St John’s, Putnam, and Flagler counties. The goal is to provide state of the art emergency medicine for local communities with emphasis on continuity of care between our emergency department and your family veterinarian or specialty referral center. We are dedicated providers of compassionate care for sick or injured pets, and an empathetic support system for their families.
