Veterinary Receptionist (ezyVet Experience Required)
Prosper, TX | Full-Time | $14$16/hr | Brand New 24/7 ER & Specialty Hospital

Were hiring for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at a brand-new, independently owned Emergency & Specialty Hospital opening in Prosper, TX (Dallas suburb) in July/August 2025!

You'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for their experience in our state-of-the-art facility.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars

• Check in/out clients and handle payments/invoices

• Maintain accurate patient records using ezyVet

• Communicate clearly with veterinarians and support teams

• Keep the front desk organized, clean, and efficient

• Support other admin duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary practice

• Proficiency in ezyVet (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Friendly, calm, and professional under pressure

• Organized and tech-savvy with strong communication skills

• Compassionate and client-focused
