We are looking for an experienced receptionist. The right candidate should have a Happy/High tone personality but must be firm and willing to guide our CSR team. This team member must have strong communication skills, computer knowledge, and excellent record-keeping abilities.
Our customer service team members will collaborate and work as along with other team members to complete daily and monthly tasks such as handling incoming calls, confirmations, callbacks, and other clerical tasks like checking emails and customer requests. Also will be responsible to maintain and organize the Front Desk. Will be responsible for collections. Must learn the use of equipment (printers, computers, worksites) and be ready to train the team appropriately on them.
We are looking for a conflict resolution expert, able to handle demanding customers and maintain a high standard of customer service. A team player that would be willing to help and add value to our Hospital.
