Position Details

  • Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Schedule: 4-day schedule. 8 am - 6 pm Monday/Wednesday/Thursday, 8 am- 4 pm Friday. Flexible within reason

We are currently seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team and help create a welcoming, professional experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
  • Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Check patients in and out accurately
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate clearly with veterinarians and support staff
  • Manage prescription requests and medical records
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Provide excellent customer service in a busy environment
