BluePearl Pet Hospital in Charlotte, NC is looking for a full-time Board-Certified Surgeon or individual who is residency-trained in Small Animal Surgery to become a vital part of our dedicated team! This position comes with a competitive sign-on bonus of up to $100k!

Key Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in soft tissue and/or orthopedic surgical procedures

• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and surgical decision-making skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous learning

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree

• Board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Surgeon

• Eligible for licensure to practice veterinary medicine in North Carolina

• Excellent clinical, communication, and collaboration skills
