Vial Wash Technician (1st shift)

Duties associated with this position include:

• Clean and sterilize equipment and components per procedure;


• Set up, operate, and maintain vial wash production equipment;


• Supply assigned position with materials/items to complete work per procedure;


• Clean equipment, walls, and floors in APA work areas;


• Adhere to aseptic practices while working in a cleanroom environment;


• Complete batch record documentation ensuring entries are accurate and legible;


• Obtain production materials and components per procedure;


• Perform required calculations;


• Process returned and rejected materials per procedure;


• Use and monitor specific parameters in equipment operations;


• Ensure load configurations are correct;


• Check for leaks or other abnormalities;


• Respond to alarms or malfunctions per procedure.

Education and Experience: One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven mechanical ability. Strong attention to detail, self starter with a high level of motivation.
