Vibe Coder

About the Role

We are seeking a senior-level Vibecoder to join our team. This is not a junior “prompting-only” role. We need a builder—someone who can rapidly design, prototype, and ship internal apps and automation tools that drive real business value. You will be working with the latest vibecoding environments (Lovable, Cursor, Replit, etc.), but more importantly, you will be expected to think critically, move fast, and deliver production-ready solutions that improve efficiency across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-expectation environment and knows how to ship quickly without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain internal applications that streamline company operations.
• Leverage vibecoding platforms (Lovable, Cursor, Replit, and others) to rapidly prototype and deliver tools.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into functional apps and workflows.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize high-value internal projects.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new vibecoding tools into the workflow.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and shipping applications quickly using AI-powered/vibecoding platforms.
• Deep familiarity with Lovable, Cursor, Replit, and similar tools.
• Strong understanding of software design, APIs, and automation frameworks.
• Ability to handle end-to-end delivery: from idea → prototype → production.
• Experience integrating with third-party tools, APIs, and databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with business goals.
