About the Role
The Vice President of Affiliate Services at The Company is a key leadership role focused on supporting the retention, revenue growth, and profitability of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong leadership, guidance, support, direction, and communication to the affiliates, serving as the primary liaison between the Affiliate and the brand. This includes promoting the brand's offerings to drive growth and profitability, participating in business planning and strategic growth initiatives, supporting affiliate transitions, and assisting in the design of service strategies. The role also involves direct interaction with affiliates to gain support on company initiatives, foster a collaborative culture, and facilitate affiliate growth, agent recruiting, retention, and brand engagement. The Vice President will be expected to maintain the integrity of the brand and ensure compliance with the Identity standards manual and policies and procedures.Applicants for this position should have a minimum of 8 years of real estate franchise or brokerage operations experience on a regional or national level, with a strong preference for those with high-end/luxury brand experience. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation and platform delivery skills, and the ability to travel up to 60% are essential. The role requires the ability to influence and build credible relationships with enterprise clients, establish credibility and trust within the brand, and experience in business and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be able to implement initiatives and demonstrate tangible results, as well as provide support and assistance on agent recruiting and retention, and training to affiliate leaders and agents on brand tools and brand value proposition.
