About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Analytics to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on transforming data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will be the senior-most contact for analytics, responsible for partnering with media and account leads to set strategy, develop measurement frameworks, and provide thought leadership. Collaboration is key, and the role involves creating dynamic relationships with clients and internal teams. The VP, Analytics will also lead agency development efforts, manage the analytics business for a portfolio of clients, and ensure the integration of all analytics disciplines to enhance client outcomes.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, or a related quantitative field, with a preference for those with 12+ years of relevant media or analytics experience. The role requires a deep understanding of digital planning and buying, standard media metrics, and experience with digital tagging, tracking, and maintenance across various platforms. Proficiency in project management, data visualization, relational databases, and programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python is essential. The candidate should also be adept at storytelling with data, have a working knowledge of machine learning, statistical testing, and regression modeling, and be familiar with digital attribution methods and measurement frameworks.
