About the Role
The Vice President of B2B2C Marketing at the company is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the marketing campaign efforts that enhance the consumer experience and contribute to significant revenue growth from consumer-related products. This includes developing and executing direct-to-consumer multi-channel campaigns, enabling clients to market offers and services to their consumers, and partnering with various internal organizations to build a comprehensive consumer strategy. The successful candidate will support the delivery of an outstanding consumer experience through automated and personalized marketing communications, drive operational excellence and automation, and ensure compliance with legal requirements for consumer-facing promotions. They will also be the business owner of the systems, tools, and processes used for consumer engagement and promotional campaigns, and lead a team to achieve great success, coaching them for professional and personal growth.Applicants for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in consumer marketing leadership. A proven track record in generating demand for consumer products, a deep understanding of consumer psychology, and the ability to craft compelling messages across multiple channels are essential. The candidate must be proficient in consumer engagement technology, have experience with data and technology projects for automation and personalization, and be able to perform data analysis to optimize campaigns. Strong project management skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to build relationships across the organization are also required. Bonus skills include experience in behavioral analysis, perceptual mapping, conjoint analysis, and psychographic mining techniques.
