The Company is seeking a Vice President, Brokerage to join their Retail Brokerage team. The successful candidate will be a key player in new business development, with a focus on sales success, and will be adept at handling complex conversations with high-level decision-makers. This role requires a strong background in commercial real estate brokerage, a demonstrable track record of high-level sales production, and a State Real Estate License. The Vice President will be involved in all aspects of the real estate services, including the evaluation, negotiation, and successful delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and excellent interpersonal, customer service, and project management skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.Responsibilities for this position include executing new business development, growing client relationships, maintaining market research databases, supporting the client transaction process, and actively participating in the brokerage team. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work in a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment, with a positive and professional attitude.
