Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Finance, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as an Associate, Vice President, or a closely related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience with: normalizing and conducting Financial Services Industry Segment level Technology Expense benchmarking; Technology Business Management Industry standards including Infrastructure, Shared Services, and Business Facing Taxonomy; GAAP, Management Reporting, and Senior Financial stakeholder management; tracking and reporting procurement efficiency outcomes through industry standard practices including RFPs, competitive bids, and contractual rate renegotiations; conducting analysis on infrastructure unit rates efficiencies; US Government qualification standards and examination requirements for Federal Research and Development Tax Credits; and structuring multiyear efficiency program levers and targets for technology segment.
