About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Cancer Institute, with a focus on extending the healing ministry of Christ and demonstrating proficiency in executive leadership competencies. The VP will also lead a coordinated approach to program and service placement, clinical quality, and innovation, as well as physician integration.Key responsibilities for this role include setting the strategic direction of the service line, aligning it with business objectives, and driving performance through clinical performance improvement. The VP will be expected to build and lead teams, support the vision of the organization, and integrate service line development across the care continuum. The role involves close collaboration with hospital leadership, business development, and medical staff to ensure high-quality outcomes, operational efficiencies, and effective performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare leadership, a commitment to the mission of the organization, and the ability to provide leadership and subject matter expertise for the cancer service line.
