Vice President Catering & Off-Premise Delivery

Vice President of Catering & Off-Premise Delivery will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of the company’s catering and off-premise business. This crucial role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences for both restaurant brands, Crisp & Green and PURALIMA.

Strategy & Growth Planning

• Set the roadmap for catering and off-premise revenue growth.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for off-premise catering, including menu planning, pricing structures, and marketing initiatives.
• Build a scalable catering strategy with regional and national capabilities.
• Identifying growth opportunities in the catering market and devising plans to increase sales and market share.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Identify emerging trends in Off Premise and integrate innovative solutions to enhance competitiveness.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align initiatives with broader business goals, including marketing, technology, and culinary development.
• Partner with third party partners to identify and maximize promotional opportunities.

Execution Expectations

• Lead the design and execution of scalable Off Premise operations across all locations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure high performance in speed, accuracy, guest satisfaction, and profitability. 
• Improve ezCater conversion and direct-order channel % share.
• Maintain SOPs, packaging standards, and catering menu alignment for both brands with Sourcing and Culinary 

Technology & Innovation

• Oversee the integration of digital ordering platforms, mobile apps, and third-party delivery services.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to streamline operations and improve the guest experience.
• Collaborate with IT and digital teams to enhance user interface and backend systems.

Guest Experience & Brand Integrity

• Champion a guest-first mindset, ensuring that the experience reflects the brand’s hospitality standards.
• Innovate packaging and presentation to maintain food quality and brand appeal.
• Gather and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve service and satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing to develop campaigns and promotions that drive Off Premise sales.
• Partner with Sourcing to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness of Off Premise materials.
• Coordinate with Finance to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and optimize margins.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in restaurant operations, with a focus on Off Premise or digital dining.
• Proven track record of strategic planning and execution in a multi-unit environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with digital platforms, third-party delivery, and customer experience design.
• Cross-functional collaboration. 
• Strategic planning and budget management.
• Comfortable operating in fast-growth, corporate and franchise-enabled systems.
