About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Channel Business Manager to accelerate the growth of its channel business through Value Add Resellers, MSP's, and Distribution. The role involves developing and executing the global channel strategy, owning the strategic direction of the channel business, and managing critical partner relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting new partners, segmenting partners based on geographic and industry coverage, and developing business plans to extract value from nominated resellers. Additionally, the role includes supporting channel partner sales teams, forecasting channel business, and building and executing marketing plans for the region.Applicants must have at least 5 years of commercial experience, ideally in selling security services, and 5 years of channel or partner experience. Experience in selling cybersecurity services, particularly Managed Security, is mandatory. The role requires a strong track record of recruiting and managing US channel partners, as well as the ability to build relationships across a wide range of styles and cultures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be adaptable, flexible, and possess a positive energy and integrity. The position also requires a willingness to travel.
