The Company is seeking a Vice President of Client Communications to lead the development and execution of communication strategies that engage the financial professional audience. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, exceptional writer, and adept project manager, responsible for defining the client communications strategy in alignment with corporate priorities. This role involves leading a team of communication professionals, advancing impact through process efficiencies, and overseeing the production of communication materials. The VP will also be the lead for critical and crisis communications, ensuring the management of challenging situations with a focus on both reputation and business continuity.Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with at least 15 years of communications experience, and a strong acumen in financial services and wealth management. A proven track record in crisis communications and the ability to lead during challenging situations is essential. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and editing skills, sound judgment, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to make decisions in a dynamic environment. Strong leadership and team management skills are required, as well as the ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders and lead through influence. The role demands a self-starting individual who can manage projects independently and remain composed under pressure.
