About the Role
The Company, a global food and beverage company renowned for its popular energy drink, is seeking a Vice President to lead sales efforts across the Club channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing both quantitative and qualitative objectives, managing a team of national account professionals, and driving the club retail sales strategies. This role involves developing long-term strategies for the club channel, creating price architecture, and building joint business plans with senior leadership at national and regional club channel retailers. The Vice President will also contribute to global price negotiations and partner with the company's HQ to set the global club channel strategy.Applicants should have over 10 years of sales and key account experience, with a background in the Club channel being a plus. A strong understanding of sales within the FMCG or spirits industry, DSD expertise, and negotiation skills are essential. The role requires leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, and the ability to travel 40-50%. The Vice President will be expected to lead the club channel strategy, win key accounts, and have a global impact by working with the company's HQ to co-develop international strategies for the club channel. The position demands a strategic thinker who can analyze complex data and translate it into actionable plans, as well as a leader who can coach direct reports and foster successful business relationships.
