About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales, Services, and Commercial Apps for its Internal Technology Team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in B2B sales, services, and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems, particularly in the context of software, hardware, and subscription businesses. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in internal technology, a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and deep expertise in sales processes and CPQ systems, with a focus on Salesforce technology. The Vice President will be responsible for driving the implementation and optimization of sales, services, quote, pricing, and invoicing systems and processes, as well as leading the SalesForce technical team and overseeing the development of custom software tools for internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading transformational programs and building strong partnerships with business stakeholders.The Vice President will play a critical role in aligning sales technology initiatives with the company's overall business goals, collaborating closely with sales, services, commercial operations, and finance teams. They must be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. The position is fast-paced and requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while effectively managing competing priorities. The candidate should be committed to the mission of protecting life and be prepared to become deeply knowledgeable about the business to ensure that the right technology solutions are built at the right time for internal stakeholders.
