About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Sales - Employer Channel to lead the strategic direction and revenue generation within this sector. The role involves developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to meet business objectives and growth targets, identifying new market opportunities, and aligning sales processes to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. The VP will also be responsible for thought leadership, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with product development and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
