Known Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in cultural studies, ethnic studies, social services, sociology, psychology, organizational development, or a related field required
Demonstrated commitment to fostering anti-racist and anti-oppressive policies and practices within a complex organization required
Prior experience in facilitating difficult discussions, including those pertaining to current events or controversial issues required
Strong background in implementing HR policies, procedures, and practices that have resulted in more diverse candidate pools required
