Experience in conservation, environmental policy, advocacy, and a strong knowledge of the regional conservation landscape are highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects, working with BIPOC communities, and building effective cross-sector partnerships. Excellent advocacy, communication, and fundraising skills are essential, as is a commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. The role requires the ability to travel and a deep dedication to the company's mission and values, including a strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
