About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Corporate Communications to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate communications, including the design of programs that support the company's strategic goals, and ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across various channels.

This role is pivotal in fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders, the media, and employees, and will also involve leading crisis communications, supporting government relations strategies, and aligning communication efforts with regulatory and legislative priorities. The VP will oversee a team, supervise the creation of all communication materials, and operate in a climate of confidentiality with the utmost discretion.

Applicants for the VP of Corporate Communications position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' experience in a senior management role. The role requires a proven track record in executive, public, or internal communications, advanced writing, editing, and presentation skills, and leadership abilities that inspire high-performance productivity.

Knowledge of the local language and culture is preferred, along with an understanding of the region's history, tribal governance, and economic activities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of driving the company's success and growth through informed and engaging communication.
