About the Role
The Vice President Customer Success at the company will be a key leader in driving all customer-facing post-sales activities. This includes overseeing customer success, technical account management, solutions architecture, professional services, and technical support. The role demands a strategic and visionary leader who can build and scale customer-focused teams and processes, with a primary goal of fostering long-term customer relationships, enhancing satisfaction, and ultimately contributing to revenue growth through strong retention and increased loyalty. The VP will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer success strategy, building and leading a high-performing team, and creating scalable and repeatable processes to support a growing customer base. They will also serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that customers realize the full value of their investment, and driving net retention growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in a senior customer-facing post-sale leadership position within a technology or cybersecurity company. A strong preference is given to candidates with over 10 years' of post-sale leadership experience and at least 5 years' in a senior-level leadership role, particularly those who have successfully scaled customer success and professional services. The VP must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset with the capacity to analyze data and anticipate customer needs. They should care deeply about company culture and values, and be able to inspire and mobilize their team towards shared goals. Collaboration with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, is also essential to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the lifecycle.
