About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success and Growth to lead its global Customer Success organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving adoption and value realization, handling customer escalations, and managing the renewal process. The Vice President will be tasked with managing and mentoring the Customer Success leadership team, establishing a culture of mutual accountability, and advocating for customer needs within the organization. This role requires a strong leader with at least 15 years' of experience in consulting and customer success for software companies, particularly with a focus on B2B and Enterprise clients. Experience in highly acquisitive private equity firms with annual revenues is a strong preference, as is exposure to the financial reporting industry.They must have a proven track record of building and managing successful teams, as well as the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and maintain relationships with internal teams and stakeholders. The role also involves providing detailed retention forecasting, implementing operational management systems, and ensuring that product feedback is effectively communicated to the product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, be process-oriented, and have an analytical mindset with a continuous desire for learning and improvement.
