About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Data & Analytics Platforms to lead its data strategy, governance, and delivery. The successful candidate will drive a data transformation that is moving towards a highly strategic approach, with a focus on enriching client data, analytics, and insights. This senior leader will be responsible for prioritizing and delivering data platforms, tools, and methodologies to ensure the organization is prepared for the future. The role involves being a chief advisor to the executive leadership team, championing data as a strategic asset, and ensuring that the delivery of insights is consistent, reliable, and accessible. The VP will also be tasked with creating a commercially-focused data strategy, organizing disparate data streams, and enabling the digital transformation of the enterprise.Candidates for this role should be experienced digital and data executives with a proven track record of modernizing data capabilities and assets to engage customers, enhance performance, and provide business insights. The role requires a deep understanding of data management, AI/ML, predictive analysis, and customer experience, and the ability to operate as both a strategist and a change agent. The ideal candidate will have a background in data strategy or analytics that enables engagement with large enterprises and partners, and be comfortable operating in an Agile environment. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to drive business, culture, and technology change. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with at least 15 years of business experience, including 7 or more years in a senior leadership position.
