About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Data & Digital Strategy, a senior executive who will be responsible for guiding the development and execution of divisional strategy in partnership with the President of the Data and Digital business. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of consulting experience in the healthcare provider market or senior-level product strategy roles in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will lead strategy-related activities, create and leverage analytical frameworks, support M&A roadmap definition, and demonstrate a detailed understanding of the healthcare industry. They will also be tasked with identifying and tracking market trends, providing project management for strategic initiatives, and serving as a critical integrator across business and functional units.Applicants must have a strong background in business development, proven analytical and critical thinking skills, and demonstrable project management experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build collaborative working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. The role demands a candidate who is willing to be hands-on, motivated, proactive, disciplined, and able to work with effective autonomy. An MBA or comparable degree and Management Consulting experience are strongly preferred. The position may be based in Chicago, IL, or remote with up to 50% travel.
