Vice President, Data Privacy II

Bachelor's or advanced degree (JD or MBA) or the equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years' experience in a privacy role At least 7-10 years of total work experience preferred. Data Privacy, Information Security, Records Management, Compliance, Consultancy or Financial Services background and/or experience with financial services compliance and/or experience with the assigned products, services or business lines/areas and the applicable data privacy laws, regulations and rules of relevant regulators preferred Understanding of key privacy laws in US and Americas (e.g. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), FCRA, FACTA, GLBA, CalOPPA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, HIPAA, HITECH, PIPEDA, US state privacy laws) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements Team player with an open and collaborative approach to delivering required outcomes Financial services industry experience, CIPP certification, e.g. CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPP/C, CIPT, and/or Global privacy program experience
