About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Employer Sales with a proven track record to lead and oversee B2B sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the enterprise sales strategy, focusing on direct sales, channel partners, and payer sales, to drive revenue growth in line with the company's mission. This role involves identifying and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including benefits leaders, brokers, and payers, as well as identifying new market opportunities and innovative sales strategies within the healthcare industry. The VP will also serve as an advocate for LGBTQIA-focused healthcare solutions, lead negotiations, and provide visionary leadership to the sales team.Applicants should have at least 10 years of sales experience, preferably in health-related solutions, and 5 years of management experience. Strong analytical skills, a robust network of industry influencers, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas are essential. Experience with early-stage start-ups, particularly in digital health, and a personal connection or strong passion for supporting the LGBTQ+ community are also required. The role demands a mission-driven individual with the ability to problem-solve, work in a deadline-driven environment, and multitask effectively. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
