About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic, dynamic, and student-centric administrative professional to fill the role of Vice President Enrollment Management. This senior leadership position is responsible for supervising various enrollment management units, including first-year recruitment and admissions, transfer admissions and orientation, graduate admissions, financial aid and scholarships, academic records and registration, and career and academic progress. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for institutional marketing, recruitment, and admissions at all levels, and will be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan. The role also involves fostering a progressive enrollment management environment that aligns with the institution's vision, mission, and goals, as well as with strategic goals at the state level.Applicants must have a Master's degree or other advanced degree, with a preference for a doctoral degree, and a minimum of seven years of related experience in higher education. The role requires demonstrated skills in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, management, and supervision. A commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging is essential, as is expertise in data-informed decision-making and knowledge of current and emerging enrollment management technologies. The Vice President Enrollment Management will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the enrollment management plan is consistent with the strategic plan of the institution. Successful performance in an on-campus interview and a presentation on enrollment management are also part of the qualifications.
