About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Sales to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading a specialized group that delivers business value through mobility, collaboration, and customer experience solutions to enterprise accounts worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy, developing and closing new business within the enterprise market, and driving continued revenue growth. They will also be tasked with building and architecting a winning sales team, leading forecast meetings and business reviews, and coaching on key account strategies. The VP of Enterprise Sales will work in a supportive environment, leveraging data, technology, and market insights to craft innovative deals and transform the way companies communicate.Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 5 years' in a sales leadership/management position. The ideal candidate will be an empathetic, people-focused leader with a proven track record of building strategic customer relationships at the C level and developing sales teams that consistently deliver on revenue targets. Strong planning, financial, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to apply these skills with business acumen in complex situations. The role requires a leader with excellent presentation skills, the ability to partner with senior business leaders, and a commitment to a culture of customer success. Experience in a hyper-growth environment and a successful track record selling to Fortune 500 and Forbes top private companies are also desired qualifications.
