About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Facilities Management Support Services in North America. This strategic leadership role is focused on the design and adaptation of processes, leading deployment programs, and representing the region with global FM services. The successful candidate will be responsible for soft services elements, energy management, project management, construction services, and technology and digital. They will also lead the regional strategic management of the hard or soft FM costing function, FM data or technology governance and management, and IFM technology platform user functionality development. The role involves proactive risk management, communication of project status, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive change. The VP will also be accountable for staff hiring, training, and development. By ensuring a consistent and standardized approach to deployment, compliance with legal, health, safety, and data governance regulations.Candidates for this role should have a strong background in facilities management leadership, regulatory compliance, and operational experience. The ideal candidate will be a highly influential strategic thinker with excellent leadership, organization, and coordination skills. They must be adept at handling complex business environments, have a high level of computer literacy, and possess expert knowledge of program management techniques. The role requires the ability to work openly and collaboratively, with a strong attention to detail, and excellent influencing and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 10 years' of management and functional experience.
