Job Description - Vice President, Finance

Manage and lead accounting staff
Manage all finance and accounting operations for all divisions
Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements (for senior leadership and parent company)
Monthly financial statement analysis and commentary
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
Acquisition integration
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Participate in strategic initiatives with senior leadership
Additional controller duties as necessary


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
5+ years of corporate accounting experience
Insurance industry experience
