About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations to join their senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the financial strategy, forecasting outcomes, and providing data-driven analysis. This role involves leading the finance and investor relations teams, working closely with various departments such as pricing, data science, marketing, operations, and risk, and producing quarterly, annual, and multi-year planning and forecasting. The VP will also be tasked with leading the investor relations function, conveying the company's vision and financial performance to both internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the company's capital activities.Applicants for this role should have over 15 years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking, particularly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience in finance leadership within a public company is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a proven track record of developing talent. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data to support strategic decision-making are also required. The role demands a strategic thinker who can anticipate market trends, assess risks, and identify opportunities for growth and value creation.
