About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance for its Issuer segment, with a focus on B2B businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial activities, including the preparation of financial and business performance reports, budgeting, and forecasting. This role requires a leader who can provide technical financial expertise, develop and maintain strong relationships with business and corporate leaders, and apply change management to drive strategic finance initiatives. The Vice President will also be tasked with managing, supporting, and guiding the global Issuer finance team, and will have high visibility across the organization, advising and interacting with C-Level and other senior leadership teams regularly.Applicants must have a minimum of 15+ years of related professional experience in finance or a related field, with at least 7 years in a supervisory position. Demonstrated expertise in financial and statistical reporting, as well as experience with ERP and ERM systems, is required. The role demands a candidate with superior analytical and problem-solving skills, a self-driven and organized approach, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and experience in publicly traded, high-growth technology companies is a plus. The Vice President will also be responsible for leading sales team commissions administration, maintaining consistent controls and governance, and providing enhanced sales reporting and analysis.
