About the Role
The Company is in search of a Department Vice President to lead its Energy and Environmental Services Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall coordination and administration of the program, including strategic planning, goal setting, and ensuring the program's activities align with the organization's mission and the requirements of funding agencies. This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of ten years' of experience in program and operations management, at least five years' in an executive leadership position, and a proven track record in managing and implementing multi-million-dollar contracts. Strong networking abilities with utility providers, government energy implementors, and key energy program administrators are highly desired.As the VP, the primary focus will be on leading the program to meet and exceed its targets, fostering strategic alliances, and representing the organization in a positive light. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' of administrative experience, be adept at human resources management, and have a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory framework related to the program. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an advanced degree being strongly preferred. The VP will also be expected to demonstrate a high level of competence in ethical practices, relationship building, effective communication, innovation, client focus, and decision-making. The role is pivotal in furthering the organization's mission and vision, and the VP will be a key member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to the overall success and impact of the organization.
