About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing to join its Executive Management Team and President's Cabinet. The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader responsible for building and guiding the strategic vision for the university's success in the areas of communications and marketing, recruitment, and student enrollment. This role involves overseeing strategic planning, policy formulation, and management related to these critical functions. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of market trends, expertise in data-driven approaches, and experience in planning, developing, and executing strategies to attract and retain students who will excel academically and in co-curricular activities.Applicants for the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and a proven track record in a related field. A Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred. The role requires a leader who is adept at working with diverse populations and is committed to equal opportunity and diversity.
