About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Front Office Applications with a strong background in customer-facing services and products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key initiatives that enhance customer experiences and generate revenue. This role involves strategic leadership in front-end matters, ensuring operational performance, and leading a diverse software development organization. The VP will collaborate with stakeholders to define the future roadmap of front-end products, lead the implementation of this roadmap, and maintain a focus on improving cost effectiveness, service levels, and time to market. They will also be tasked with attracting and retaining high-caliber software engineering talent, establishing engineering and development policies, and driving a culture of continuous delivery and automation. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, at least 15 years of experience in application development, and expertise in web-based application development, user interface design, and scalable architecture.Applicants for the VP of Front Office Applications role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field.
