About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Generative AI Production Technology Operations. The successful candidate will lead a support team in the implementation of the company's generative AI strategy for production and content creation, with a focus on innovating and developing generative AI operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of responsible generative AI development, which has the potential to transform studio content production processes and enhance workflow efficiencies. The VP will be responsible for the early-stage development of the Gen AI innovation program, covering use case development, technology deployment strategy, infrastructure and model requirements, AI partnership evaluation, and integration of successful outcomes. Collaboration with AI and tech leaders to define a company-wide AI strategy is also a key aspect of the role.Candidates for this position should have a BA/BS in business, communication, engineering, or a related field, with at least 10 years of general technology, management, and leadership experience. A strong background in AI, project management, and/or computer/machine learning is essential. The role requires a foundation in computer science, machine learning, or related areas, and proficiency in applying generative AI technologies to build content and improve efficiency. Experience or familiarity with production technologies is a plus. The VP will be expected to demonstrate a successful track record in deploying new technologies in media and entertainment, as well as strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills. Organizational leadership and project management experience are necessary, including the ability to build and lead a team of Gen AI technology and innovation experts. The candidate should also be adept at defining efficient architectures and workflows for technical solutions.
