About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for Global Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, and Marketing Operations. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and requires a candidate with a strong background in these areas, particularly for an enterprise SaaS solution provider with a rapid growth and run-rate of $100M ARR+. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a global team of marketing professionals, with a focus on growth campaigns, ABM, digital marketing, and marketing operations. The role demands a leader who is adept at using data to drive revenue and who places the needs of enterprise customers at the forefront of their strategy.Key responsibilities for this role include owning the demand generation strategy for enterprise customers, creating pipeline generation campaigns, and developing a laser-focused approach on ROI outcomes. The VP will also take ownership of the entire marketing tech stack, including reporting, forecasting, and budget management, and will be a strategic business partner, collaborating with sales leadership and RevOps. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling companies, be experienced in making strategic data-driven decisions, and be capable of driving a high-performance culture within the team. Expertise in marketing technology platforms, analytics tools, and budget management is essential, as is the ability to work with sales teams to enable revenue generation.
