About the Role The Company, an industry-leading engineering and electronics firm, is seeking a Vice President for their Global Headquarter Support Center. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing strategies to effectively handle global customer escalations, with a focus on maintaining operational excellence and profitability within the Laboratory Solutions division. The successful candidate will lead the strategic service methods for the Headquarter Support Center teams globally, act as a key member of the diagnostics customer services - lab solutions management team, and define operating model KPIs. Additionally, the role requires driving optimization of escalation and communication projects, establishing governance models for Remote Service Centers, and collaborating with R&D and quality teams to drive end-to-end improvement.Applicants should have at least 8 years of progressive managerial leadership in in-vitro diagnostics, life sciences, or the medical device industry, and a proven track record in executing customer service excellence with a focus on operational excellence and revenue generation. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills are essential, as is the ability to inspire and develop talent. The role demands critical strategic and global thinking, the ability to drive execution, and proficiency in MS Office software. A Bachelor's degree or higher in health, medical, laboratory, or engineering sciences is required, with a preference for candidates with a minimum of 15 years of related experience.
